Drain Dampness

1 TASTE
Sweet or no taste and neutral


2 MERIDIANS
Liver, gall bladder, kidney and urinary bladder


3 FUNCTIONS
1. To promote water metabolism and relieve abnormal urination; 3. To transform dampness and relieve jaundice


4 INDICATIONS
1. Damp-heat in the urinary bladder manifested as lot urination, urinary tract stones, painful urination, frequent urination, urgency of micturition abdominal pain and biliary stones. Lysimachia (Jin Qian Cao) is used with Lygodium spores (Hai Jin Sha) and Chicken gizzard skin (Ji Nei Jin) in the formula Sanjin Tang.2. Damp-heat jaundice. Lysimachia (Jinqiancao) is used with Oriental wormwood (Yin Chen Hao) and Capejasmine (Zhi Zi).

5-10 g
