Relieve Food Stagnation

1 TASTE
Pungent, sweet and neutral


2 MERIDIANS
Spleen stomach and lung


3 FUNCTIONS
1. To eliminated food retention; 2. To descend qi and resolve phlegm


4 INDICATIONS
1. Retention of food manifested as epigastric and abdominal distension and fullness, acid regurgitation, abdominal pain, Diarrhea. And tenesmus. Radish seed (Lai Fu Zi) is used with White mustard seed (Bai Jie Zi) and Perilla seed (Su Zi) in the formula Sanzi Yangqing Tang.


5 DOSAGE
6-10 g
