All of 60 cases are from outpatients, diagnosis of postpartum hypogalacia depends upon: (1)  insufficient or no latex during lactation period. (2) physiological structure and functions of breasts of women after delivery are mainly normal. (3) after systematic tests, there is no organic change on breasts. (4) after systematic tests, there is no congenital agalactia. (5) after systematic tests, there is no agalactia due to re-pregnancy. Treatment: Regulating Latex Prescription: ingredients include Dang Shen, zhi Huang Qin, Dang Gui, Chuan Xiong, fried Chuan Shan Jia, Wang Bu Liu Xing, Tong Cao, Chen Pi, fried Shan Zha, Bai Zhi, Tian Hua Fen, Ju Geng. Modification: acupuncture prescription: Rugen (ST18), Shaoze (SI1) Jing-Well Point, Danzhong (CV17) Front-Mu Point of the Pericardium, Zusanli (ST36) He-Sea Point, Taichong (LR3) Shu-Stream, Yuan-Source Point, method: even manipulation with qi arrival. Result: effective rate reaches to 98.7%. By long time clinical observation, postpartum hypogalactia treated by Regulating Latex Prescription relates with etiology and pathology, in general, Regulating Latex Prescription has good effect to treat insufficient lactescence; not good to agalactia with 45.8% effective rate that may relate with dysfunction of endocrine.
