Gynecology and Obstetrics

There are 47 patients who were randomly divided into treatment group with 32 patients and contrast group with 15 cases, the age range is between 40 and 56, the disease course are 1-7 months, syndrome differentiation indicates that there are 41 cases of yin deficiency, 6 cases of Yang deficiency. Method: treatment group: main points are Shenshu (BL23), Zusanli (ST36) He-Sea Point, Sanyinjiao (SP6) (both sides), combined points are Neiguan (PC6) Luo-Connecting Point the Eight Confluent Point, Shenmen (HT7) Shu-Stream, Yuan-Primary Point, Taichong (LR3) Shu-Stream, Yuan-Source Point (both sides), Baihui (GV20), Danzhong (CV17) Front-Mu Point of the Pericardium, if the syndrome is yin deficiency we should add Ganshu (BL18), Taixi(KI3) Shu-Stream, Yuan-Source Point (both sides), if there is yang deficiency we should add Pishu (BL20) (both sides), Guanyuanshu (BL26). Manipulation: after getting needling response, mild reinforcing and attenuating, maintaining the needle for 30 minutes, using 2 times small range of twist method during the needling time, 10 second each point, 1 time per day, continually needling for 6 days, then 1 day’s interval, 4 weeks are one course. As for contrast group: oral taking Oryzanol 10mg each time, 3 times a day, continually taking for 1 month that is one course.
Result: the effect in treatment group is evidently better than the contrast group’s.
