Gynecology and Obstetrics

The author has treated 46 cases of endometriosis with self-made Huo Xue Wen Jing Tang and received satisfying results. There are 16 cases of Qi stagnation and blood stasis, 21 cases of coldness stagnation and blood stasis, 5 cases of blood stasis due to kidney deficiency, and 4 cases of deficiency of both qi and blood. Treatment: prescription: Dan Shen, Dang Gui, Chuan Xiong, San Ling, E Zhu, Xiang Fu, Hong Hua, Ai Ye, Tu Bie Chong and Gui Zhi, each of which is 6g. Add Huang Qi and Dang Shen for deficiency of both qi and blood; add Du Zhong and Chuan Duan for obvious kidney deficiency; add Bai Zhi and Quan Xie for headache; add Bai Ji Li, Yu Jin and Chuan Shan Jia for pain in chest and hypochondrium, and bilge painful of breast; add San Qi and Qian Cao for hypermenorrhea; add Da Huang for constipation. One dose a day, be decocted, and twice a day.

Treatment results: the total effective rate is 89.7%.
