46 Cases of Endometriosis Treated with Activating Blood Circulation Promoting qi and Warming Meridians [1]

The author has treated 46 cases of endometriosis with self-made Huo Xue Wen Jing Tang and received satisfying results. There are 16 cases of Qi stagnation and blood stasis, 21 cases of coldness stagnation and blood stasis, 5 cases of blood stasis due to kidney deficiency, and 4 cases of deficiency of both qi and blood. Treatment: prescription: Dan Shen [3], Dang Gui [4], Chuan Xiong [5], San Ling, E Zhu [6], Xiang Fu [7], Hong Hua [8], Ai Ye [9], Tu Bie Chong and Gui Zhi [10], each of which is 6g. Add Huang Qi [11] and Dang Shen [12] for deficiency of both qi and blood; add Du Zhong [13] and Chuan Duan for obvious kidney deficiency; add Bai Zhi [14] and Quan Xie [15] for headache; add Bai Ji Li [16], Yu Jin [17] and Chuan Shan Jia [18] for pain in chest and hypochondrium, and bilge painful of breast; add San Qi [19] and Qian Cao for hypermenorrhea; add Da Huang [20] for constipation. One dose a day, be decocted, and twice a day.

Treatment results: the total effective rate is 89.7%.
