New Application of Herbs of Relieving Exterior Syndrome

Herbs of Relieving Exterior Syndrome not only has the function of expelling wind and relieving exterior but also can open and excrete interstitial space. Therefore, it should apply to multifold syndromes besides exterior syndrome due to exogenous attack if combining with other method.

1. Cooperating with qi regulating herbs on treatment of spleen-stomach qi stagnation.

2. Cooperating with herbs of soothing the liver and relieving depression on treatment of liver qi obstruction.

3. Cooperating with herbs of resolving damp on treatment of Diarrhea due to spleem damp.

4. Cooperating with herbs of treating dysentery on treatment of early dysentery.

5. Cooperating with herbs of warming the meridian to stop pain on treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by cold attack in meridians.
