Infectious Diseases

Based on differentiation of Traditional Chinese medicine, we build up treatment principles for treatment of hepatitis B. General principles are to regulate immunity system and strengthen body constitution. When we want to regulate liver organ, we should tonify spleen, reinforce kidney, benefit gallbladder, activate and nourish blood circulation at first, but we can not use too-cold, too-dryness, too-reinforce methods in the treatment. We should know that hepatitis B is primarily caused by dysfunction of immunity system, we have to differentiate symptoms and distinguish what is mild and severe, chronic and acute, then we select corresponding prescriptions according to differentiation.

Key Words: chronic Hepatitis B, differentiation
