Points selection (Needling by Bee Pin): according to the circumstance of each patient, choosing ear point and back point respectively, lower limbs points. As for ear points, we choose liver area, hepatitis point as the main points, selected points include Spleen, Stomach, Endocrine etc; as for back points, we choose Dazhui (GV14), Ganshu (BL18), Danshu (BL19) as main points, combining with Pishu (BL20), Weishu (BL21), Shenshu (BL23) etc regarding Zang-fu and five elements interpromotion and interrestraint relationship; as to lower limbs, choosing Yangming meridian’s points as main points, combining with gallbladder meridian’s confluent acupoints, Xing points of liver meridian, such as Zusanli (ST36) He-Sea Point, Sanyinjiao (SP6), Yanglingquan (GB34) He-Sea Point, Influential Point of Tendon, Zhiyin (BL67) Jing-Well Point etc. Needling method: choosing 7-9 points each time, antisepsis of the local area. Taking the pin of Italian alive bee: clamping the bee’s abdomen by forceps with left hand, pulling out the poisonous spine from the bee’s rump, putting it into 75% alcohol tampon for antisepsis, upright needling in the points, the depth is 0.1-0.2cm, pulling out the needle immediately after needling for the first treatment or the patients who have weak physical condition, maintaining the needle for 10-15 minutes if the patients' physical condition is strong or the patients had the treatment for a period of time already. If the disease is very stubborn or the patients have dull reaction toward the Needling by the poisonous pin, we can also use alive bee for sting in the points for treatment. Attention: there is flare, itching or slight pain after needling, which is normal reaction, the symptoms would be relieved after 1-3 days. If there is severe itching and pain, we can apply Feng You Jing or Qing Liang Oil. If the reaction is acute, we could prolong the treatment interval. If there is hemorrhagic disease and asthma, urticaria etc allergic disorder history, medicine allergy history and allergic body condition, the treatment is prohibited. Result: clinical effect comparison: the total effective rate is 86.61% in treatment group, 79% in contrast group, there is no obvious difference. Comparison of improvement of various index of liver function: there is no evident difference. The comparison of HBVM and HBV-DNA converting to negative: the data in treatment group is better than contrast group, except for HBsAg (no difference between two groups), as to HBeAg, HBcAb-IgM, HBV-DNA, the data has obvious difference between the two groups.
