Resolve Phlegm&Stop Cough

1 TASTE
Bitter and neutral


2 MERIDIANS
Lung and stomach


3 FUNCTIONS
1. To resolve phlegm and stop cough; 2. To conduct rebellious qi downward and stop vomiting


4 INDICATIONS
1. Heat in the lungs manifested as cough and asthma. Loquat leaf (Pi Pa Ye) is sued with Mullberry bark (Sang Bai Pi), Swallowwort rhizome (Bai Qian) and Platycodon root (Jie Geng).2. Heat in the stomach manifested as nausea and vomiting, Loquat leaf (PiPaye) is used with Bamboo shavings (Zhu Ru) and Reed root (Lungen).

10-15 g
