Anal eczema is a common allergic skin disease in anorectal department, the lesions are confined to the skin of anus and perianal area, and the affected area can also extend to perineum and external genitalia. The clinical symptoms include itching, increase in local secretion, the tetter shap is various, and easy to recurrence. Since the disease history is long, the secretion stimulates the local area repeatedly, the skin around anus becomes thick, leatherized and chapped. We use self-built “Eczema Decoction” for hip bath to treat anal eczema. The ingredients of the prescription: Ku Shen 30g, Huang Bai 12g, Cang Zhu 12g, She Chuang Zi 30g, Bai Xian Pi 18g, Bai Zhi 10g, Chan Tui 10g, Di Fu Zi 30g, Cang Zhu 12g, Fang Feng 10g, Pu Gong Ying 30g, Jin Yin Hua 20g, Gan Cao 10g. Adding Da Huang, Ming Fan if there is acute eczema, adding Dang Gui, Chi Shao Yao if there is chronic eczema. One time per day, 7 days are one course. Treatment result: among the 30 cases in the group, 23 cases are cured, 7 cases get better. The shortest treatment period is 6 days, while, the longest treatment period is 21 days.
