These 86 cases are taken the REG examination and recorded on others (the color of affected limbs, artery beating, the degree of pain, limp distance, and cutaneous thermometry are included). There are 45 cases in treatment group and 41 cases in control group. treatment group: self-made Hai Ma Bu Shen capsule: Hai Ma 12g, Yin Yang Huo 6g，Tai Zi Shen 12g，Huang Qi 10g，Bai Zhu 10g，Fu Zi 6g，Rou Gui 6g，Sheng Di 10g, Shu Di 10g，Dang Gui 10g，Chuan Xiong 10g，Ru Xiang 6g，Mo Yao 6g，Shui Zhi 6g，Chuan Shan Jia 6g，Bai Hua She 6g，Gou Qi 6g，Shan Yu Rou 6g，Jin Yin Hua 12g，Yuan Shen 10g，Da Huang 6g，Huai Niu Xi 6g，Chi Shao 6g，Shan Zha 6g，Sha Ren 3g. they are made into capsules which are taken by oral administration after meal. Control group: Angiitis tablet. Conventional surgical treatment is applied on the wounds in both groups. 30 days are made one course. The curative effects are observed after 3 month treatment. All other Vasodilators are stopped taking during the treatment. Results: the total effect is 91% in the treatment group and 78% in the control group. There are significant differences between the both groups.
