Treatment Effect Observation of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease Acute Exacerbation Given by Method of Treating Phlegm and Stagnation SimultaneouslyPosted by: admin on Mar 24, 2009 - 03:22 AMThere are 40 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease acute exacerbation who are treated by method of treating both phlegm and stagnation simultaneously, which are compared with treatment effect of general west-medicine. All the 80 patients are inpatients in our hospital who are randomly divided into 2 groups, they are given therapy of low-flow oxygen, anti-inflammation, maintaining the function of respiratory system, improving heart function by strengthening heart, promoting urination and expending blood vessel, correcting water and electrolyte disorders, acid-base imbalance and nutrition supporting etc which are synthetical therapy. For treatment group, beside the methods mentioned above, adding Tan Yu Tong Zhi prescription: Hua Ju Hong, Tian Nan Xing, Ban Xia, Ting Li Zi, Lai Fu Zi, Chuan Xiong, Tao Ren, Di Long, Dan Shen, Shui Zhi powder (dissolving into water). Adding Hou Pu, Shu Di Huang if there are abdominal distention and constipation; adding Huang Qin, Yu Xing Cao if there are cough and asthma with yellow sputum; adding Huang Qi if there is breath shortness; adding Che Qian Zi (parcel), Ze Lan, Fu Ling if there is edema.
