We have received 24 cases of the sciatic nerve injury for 15 years and all of them are injury of the sciatic nerve treated by internal and external application of Traditional Chinese medicine with good effects. 2 cases are complete injury of sciatic nerve; 5 cases are incomplete injury (tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve injury), 1 case is complete injury of tibial nerve, 13 cases are complete injury of common peroneal nerve injury, 2 cases are incomplete injury. Treatment: prescription of internal application: modification of Si Jun Zi Tang and Si Miao San and Hu Qian Wan: Ren Shen, Huang Qi, Fu Ling, Bai Zhu, prepared Gan Cao, Huang Bai, Cang Zhu, Niu Xi, Yi Yi Ren, Gui Ban, prepared Di Huang, Suo Yang, Chen Pi and Wu Zhua Long. Prescription of external application: ji Xue Teng, Gou Ji, Cang Zhu, Chuan Niu Xi, Mu Gua, Chuan Xiong, Hong Hua, San Qi, Dang Gui, prepared Ru Xiang, Huang Bai and Zhi Zi. 20 days treatment is one course. Treatment results: the total effective rate is 96%.
