Xuan Shen and Lu Lu Tong ). 15 days of treatment is one course, treatment effect is evaluated after two courses. Observation of improvement of cerebral infarction, neurological deficits degree, variable flow and blood sugar are taken.
Result: Total effective rate of treatment group is 87.3% and control group is 79.2%. Treatment group is more effective than control group ( P<0.05 ). On treatment group, symptoms of cerebral infarction and neurological deficits degree are obviously relieved, index of variable flow and blood sugar is obviously decreased ( P<0.05 or 0.01 ). Conclusion: Xue Fu Zhu Yu Tang gets functions to lower blood sugar, relieve Peripheral vascular resistance, inhibit RBC and platelet aggregation, improve microcirculation and obviously treat diabetes infarction.
