Ce Bai Ye

Regulate Blood

1 TASTE
Bitter, astringent and slightly cold


2 MERIDIANS
Lung, liver and large intestine


3 FUNCTIONS
To cool blood and stop bleeding


4 INDICATIONS
1. Hemorrhages due to extravasation of blood by heat manifested as cough with blood, vomiting with blood, epistaxis, hematuria and uterine bleeding. Biota tops (Ce Bai Ye) is used with Japanese thistle (Da Ji), Small thistle (Xiao Ji) and Imperata rhizome (Bai Mao Gen).2.Hemorrhages due to deficiency and cold. Biota tops (Cebaiye) is used with Mugwort leaf (Ai Ye).

10-15 g
