Dermatology

Writer has applied internal and external treatment of Chinese herbs for 50 cases of seborrheic dermatitis on face and selected 30 cases as control group, obtained good effect. Treatment methods: treatment group: internal and external treatment of Chinese herbs, continue 3 to 4 courses. Internal herbs: Fang Feng 10g, Jin Jie 10g, Sheng Di Huang 25g, Can Tui 8g, Bai Ji Li 15g, Mu Dan Pi 15g, Chi Shao 15g, Bai Xian Pi 15g, Dang Gui 10g, He Shou Wu 10g. Mix with 400ml clear water, decoct to 100g, then repeat, orally take when warming, twice a day. External herbs: Dian Dao San ( our hospital made ): Liu Huang, Da Huang, mix with warming water to make paste, apply on local region. 20 to 30 minutes every time, twice a day. Control group: oral vitamin, three times a day, 2% ketoconazole ointment, twice a day. Result: curative rate of treatment group is much higher than that of control group.
