The ingredients of Self-built Qian Feng Tu Xing Tou Feng Tang: Qian Nian Jian 12g, Lou Feng Fang 12g, prepared Tian Nan Xing 30g, Tu Fu Ling 30g, Tou Gu Cao 12g, Fang Feng 12g. Indications: wind, cold, damp, heat, stasis, weakness etc syndrome. Modification: adding Qin Jiao, Qiang Huo if there is migratory arthralgia. Add Shu Fu Zi, Xi Xin if there is cold arthralgia. Add Fu Ling, Cang Zhu, Bai Zhu if there is damp arthralgia. Add Ren Dong Teng, Shi Gao (plaster) if there is heat arthralgia. Add Dan Shen, Chuan Xiong if there is stagnation. Add Shu Fu Zi, Rou Gui if there is yang deficiency. Add Shu Di Huang, Huang Jing if there is yin deficiency. Add Huang Qi, Dang Shen if there is Qi deficiency. Add Dang Gui, Shu Di Huang if there is blood deficiency. Add Wu Shao She, Chuan Shan Jia if there is arthrentasis. Add Chuan Wu, Cao Wu if there is severe pain. Add Sang Zhi, Gui Zhi if the arthralgia occurs in upper limbs, add Niu Xi and Du Huo if the arthralgia occurs in lower limbs.
