30 cases of patients in this group are 7~13 year-old children, are consistent with the diagnosis of Henoch-Schonlein purpura. Clinical manifestations are the limbs, especially in both lower limbs, buttocks appear symmetry petechia, and slightly shaped bulge macula of hemorrhagic purpura, pressing with non-fade, some of them can be integration. Laboratory examination: capillary fragility test is positive; platelet count, PT & PTT, plasma thromboplastin component is within the normal range. Treatment methods: as far as possible, to identify the incidence of incentives, such as infections, diet, and drugs. Stop all suspicious diet, drugs; pay attention to rest, avoid strenuous exercise, and spicy, dry, and fishy foods.
Oral take self-made Hua Ban Tang, components: Sheng Di Huang, Zi Cao, fried Huang Qin, Jin Yin Hua, Lian Qiao, Jin Jie, Chan Tui, Chi Shao Yao, Chai Hu, Bo He, Gan Cao, Mu Dan Pi. Add Shan Zha, Mai Ya for poor appetite; add Bai Shao Yao for abdominal pain; add Shi Gao, Zhi Mu for fever, vermilion lip, thirst and irritation; add Fang Feng and Huai Niu Xi for joints pain; add Yi Yi Ren and Fu Ling for edema in lower limbs; add Xiao Ji, Bai Mao Gen and Han Lian Cao for urine dark-yellow; add some Huang Qi and Yi Mu Cao for a long time proteinuria; add San Qi and Dan Shen for dark-red of purpura.
Treatment Results: The total effective rate is 93.33%.
