Thrombophlebitis is a common peripheral vascular disease. Clinical manifestations are local swelling, pain, and recurrent. There are total 90 cases thrombotic phlebitis in the group, include superficial thrombotic phlebitis 61 cases, accompany with chronic ulcers 27 cases, and deep vein thrombophlebitis 29 cases.
Treatment methods: Basic recipe: Shui Zhi, Di Long, Jin Yin Hua, Lian Qiao, Niu Xi, and Chi Shao Yao. Each pill weights 0.3g, 5 ~ 7 pills each time, 2 or 3 times per day, 15 days as one course of treatment. Also Chinese medicine External Treatment: apply Jin Huang ointment for swelling, hot, redness and sore on local area; apply Sheng Ji Xiang Pi ointment gauze for chronic ulcers.
Treatment Results: The total effective rate is 93.33%.
