Western medical doctors believe that a man's own anti-sperm antibodies are the result of blood-testis barrier damage caused by inflammation or trauma. Female anti-sperm antibodies are caused by the lack of the enzyme internal genitalia, genital trauma, inflammation, or sexual intercourse when abnormal vaginal bleeding. Cases in this group a total of 64 of men and women, clinical detection of anti-sperm antibody are all positive. All cases were randomly divided into 32 cases of the treatment group, 32 cases of the control group. Treatment: the principle of treatment group is invigorate blood, tonify kidney, clean heat, the herbs are Dan Shen, Xiang Fu, Yi Mu Cao, Dang Gui, Jin Yin Hua, Bai Jiang Cao, Du Zhong, and Xu Duan. The control group external uses male condom. 30 days is a course of treatment, total 2 to 3 course of treatment.
Observation Methods: monitor male patients’ sperm immobilization test, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and serum immunology inspection; monitor sperm immobilization test, serum immunology inspection and cervical mucus penetration test for female patients.
Results: The total effective rate of treatment group is 96.9%; the total effective rate of control group is 87.5%.
