Gynecology and Obstetrics

68 cases are all out-patients between 23~45 years old and 31.6 years old at average. Amenorrhea for 38~90 days and 41.2 days at average; 35 cases have infertility histories; 62 cases have colporrhagia, 57 cases have sore lumber, 36 cases have abdominal pain or distention. Treatments: prescription: Huang Qi, Sang Ji Sheng, Xu Duan, Du Zhong, Zi Su Geng, Huang Qin, Tu Si Zi, E Jiao Jiang 40ml and minced Pu Tao Yang. The drugs above are decocted with water for 3 times, and mix the three times decocted liquor with E Jiao Jiang for 300ml; orally take in morning, at noon and at night for 3 times, and then bed rest for 2 hours; better effect if sweat slightly. Modifications: (1) add Nu Zhen Zi and Shan Zhu Yu for kidney deficiency; (2) add Dang Gui Tan, Ai Ye Tan and Di Yu Tan for colporrhagia; (3) add Gou Qi Zi for blood deficiency; (4) subtract Zi Su Geng and increase the dose of Huang Qi and increase the E Jiao Jiang till 60 ml for qi deficiency; (5) add Xuan Ma Gen and Fan Bai Cao for blood heat excess; (6) add Sha Yuan Zi for lumber sprain.
Results: 66 cases are cured accounting for 97% and 2 cases fail accounting for 3%.
