The main pathology of recurrent hematuria of latent nephritis is IgA nephropathy, and the second is nephritis of IgA MsPGN and MCGN. There is no special treatment in western medicine. Shen Xue Tang is high curative for this disease. Basis on the pathogenesis of hematuria, the self-made prescription is tonifying and benefiting spleen and kidney in main and astringency and hemostasis for complementary. 30 cases of recurrent hematuria of latent nephritis have been treated and the 3 years follow-up observation indicates that the curative effect is prccise with 63% curative rate. The prescription and decoction methods: Huang Qi, Bai Zhu, prepared Long Gu, prepared Mu Li, Sheng Di, Bai Mao Gen, Rou Cong Rong and Sang Ji Sheng.
