Diagnosis: oral mucosa recurrent ulcers, pudendum ulcers, inflammation or ulcers on eyes, various degrees of erythema nodosum or acne-like papule injury on joint and skin, It appears positive when doing test of puncturing on pudendum region with needle. There are 24 patients with associated symptoms within 60 cases. 11 cases are accompanied with joint swelling and pain, 6 cases are accompanied with iridocyclitis congestive, 7 cases are accompanied with epididymis pain, 36 cases without any complications. Clinic diagnostic type: 22 cases of complete Behcet's syndrome, 38 cases of incomplete Behcet's syndrome. Treatment method: oral intake of Tiao Mian Decoction, the ingredients includes: Bai Hua She She Cao, Ku Shen, Ban Lan Gen, Lu Jiao Tablet, Xuan Shen, 3 Bi Hu, Feng Fang, Chi Shao Yao, Chai Hu, Lei Gong Teng, Jin Deng Long, modifying the prescription according to clinic syndrome differentiation. Result: total effective rate is 81.6%.
