30 Cases of bile regurgitational gastritis are diagnosed by fibergastroscopy; 23 cases are bile regurgitational accompanied with superficial gastritis and 7 cases are bile regurgitation accompanied with duodenal bulbar inflammation. Treatment methods: the basic prescriptions of Xuan Fu Dai Zhe Tang are: Xuan Fu Hua, Dang She or Tai Zi Shen, Sheng Jiang, Dai Zhe Shi, Gan Cao, Ban Xia and Da Zao. Types according to differentiations: 16 cases of mixture of both coldness and heat: distension and pain in abdomen and flank, and relieved after pressing, regurgitation when take cold food recklessly, bitter mouth with the desire of vomiting, appetite comes and goes, thin and white tongue coating with yellowish and sticky at the middle and root of tongue, red tongue, wiry and rolling pulse; add Wu Zhu Yu, Zi Su Ye, Gan Jiang and Wa Leng Zi in the basic prescriptions. 6 cases are yin deficiency and heat stagnations: distention and pain in right flank and abdomen, less desire of taking food due to oppressed in chest, nausea and desire to vomiting, bitter mouth and regurgitation, yellowish urine, thin, stick and yellowish tongue coating, soft and rapid pulse; add Huo Xiang, Cang Zu, Chai Hu, Wai Leng Zi in the basic prescriptions. 2 cases are qi deficiency and heat stagnation: dull pain in stomach relieved by pressing, frequency regurgitation, bitter mouth, poor appetite, dizziness of head, fatigue, thin tongue coating, thready and rolling pulse; add Dan Shen, Shan Yao, Fu Ling, Da Huang and Bai Zhu in the basic prescriptions.

Results: 28 cases are cured or no bile regurgitation according to recheck of gastroscope, accounting for 93.33%. 2 cases are failed or no any improvement according to recheck of gastroscope, accounting for 6.67%.
