Clinical syndromes: there are 36 cases of epigastric pain, 18 cases of belching, 18 cases of pantothenic acid, 17 cases of gastric discomfort, 8 cases of dry mouth, 20 cases of epigastric pain with preference of warm drinks, 6 cases of melena, 6 cases of mirror-like tongue, 8 cases of combination with duodenitis and 19 cases of combination with duodenal globular ulcer. There are 26 cases of white-red spotted area or intestinal metaplasia in distal stomach accounting for 72.2%, and 10 cases of erosion of gastric mucosa or gastric mucosa bleeding accounting for 27.8% by Fibergastroscopy and biopsy of gastric mucosa.
Differentiation and treatments: (1) deficiency and stagnation of qi in middle energizer: 14 cases. Modification of Huang Qi Jian Zhong Tang: Dang Shen, Haung Qi, Bai Zhu, Dang Gui, Bai Shao, Gui Zhi, Ban Xia, Chen Pi, Mu Xiang, Da Zao, Xuan Fu Hua and prepared Gan Cao. (2) Disharmony of liver and stomach: 9 cases. Modification of Chai Hu Shu Gan Yin: Zhi Ke, Bai Shao, Bai Zhu, Xiang Fu, Dang Gui, Ban Xia, Huang Lian, Xuan Fu Hua, Zhe Shi, Yan Suo Hu, Yu Jin, Chuan Lian Zi and Fo Shou. (3) deficiency of stomach yin: 6 cases. Modification of Yi Guan Jian: Bei Sha Shen, Shi Hu, Mai Dong, Dang Gui, Xiang Fu, Chuan Lian Zi and Xiang Yuan Pi. (4) Qi stagnation and blood stasis: 7 cases. Modification of Tao Hong Si Wu Tang or Shi Xiao San: Dang Gui, Bai Shao, Tao Ren, Chuan Xiong, Pu Huang, prepared Wu Ling Zhi and calcined Wa Leng Zi, etc.
Results: the total effective rate is 86.1%.
