Internal Medicine

These 70 cases are diagnosed as peptic ulcer (active stage) by gastroscopy 2 weeks before treatment; be treated without any medical therapy, 17 cases are duodenal globular ulcer, 7 cases are gastric ulcer, and 1 case is combined ulcer. The treatment group and control group are divided at random and be treated with Wu Bei Kui Yang San. Prescription: Wu Zei Gu, Bei Mu, Yan Hu Suo, Bai Ji, Huang Qi, Pu Gong Ying, Huang Lian, San Qi, Dan Shen, Suan Zao Ren and E Zhu. Add Zhi Zi and Yu Jin for heat stagnation; add Mai Dong and Shi Hu for yin deficiency; add Ban Xia and Gan Jiang for deficiency and coldness. Grind into fine powder, and orally take 6g for once with warm water 30 minutes before meal, 3 times a day. One course is 6 weeks. Control group: cimetidine in main, take 0.2g after 3 meals, 0.4g before going to sleep, and also can be treated with sedative, antacid and analgesic.

Treatment results: the total effective rate of treatment group is 95.6%, and 92% in control group.
