TCM herbal man-made simultaneous method adjusts and counterpoises kidney- tiangui- ovary axis according to the changing of menstrual cycle and the regulation of ovulation, and promotes follicular maturing and ovulating normally, so that the woman can be pregnant. The detail of man-made simultaneous method is as following:
1. Follicular development period: we should nourish blood and promote kidney, procreate essence and nourish ovum as main method. The prescription including Dang Gui, Chuan Xiong, Bai Shao Yao, Shu Di Huang, Tu Si Zi, Gou Qi, Fu Pen Zi, Du Zhong, Xu Duan, Sang Ji Sheng, prepared Gan Cao etc. Adding Nu Zhen Zi, Shan Zhu Yu, Sheng Di Huang if there is yin deficiency; adding Ba Ji Tian, Lu Jiao Shuang, Xian Mao, even adding Fu Zi, Rou Gui if there is yang deficiency; adding Tai Zi Shen, Huang Jing, Huang Qi if there is qi deficiency; adding Dang Gui, ji Xue Teng, He Shou Wu, Sang Shen Zi if there is blood deficiency; adding Chai Hu, Yu Jin if there is liver stasis; adding Fu Ling, inhibition and generation Ban Xia, inhibition and generation Dan Nan Xing if there is phlegm-dampness. Oral taking 7 decoctions of above prescription.
2. Ovulation period: we may tonify kidney, promote the circulation of blood, dredging meridians. Adding herbs with the function of promoting circulation of blood and dredging collaterals to accelerate the ovulation bases on the above prescription. Prescription including Ze Lan, Chong Wei Zi, Dan Shen, Si Gua Luo. Oral taking 3-5 decoctions.
3. Luteal period: we can promote kidney and warm uterus in order to prepare good condition for the Zygote landing. Reinforcing the function of warming kidney and adjusting the luteal function with the basis of prescription of follivular development period, the prescription includes Zi Shi Ying, Ba Ji Tian, Yin Yang Huo, Rou Cong Rong, Shi Nan Ye, and oral taking 10 decoctions.
4. Luteal atrophied period: promoting the circulation of blood and dispersing stagnation, nourishing kidney and regulating menstruation, building a good basis for next cycle. The prescription includes Dang Gui, Chuan Xiong, Chi Shao, Ze Lan, Yi Mu Cao, Tao Ren, Hong Hua, Lu Lu Tong, Shi Xiao San etc., and oral taking 3-5 decoctions.
