The writer uses Long Dan Xie Gan Tang combining with herbal vaginal rinse treating 70 cases of Mycotic Vaginitis and gets satisfied treatment effect for years. Intake method: take Long Dan Xie Gan Tang as main prescription, basic ingredients: Long Dan Cao, Huang Qin, Chai Hu, Ze Xie, Che Qian Zi (decoct a drug wrapped), Mu Tong, Zhi Zi, Bai Guo, Qian Shi, raw Di Huang, Dang Gui, Gan Cao. Modification method: adding Ren Dong Teng and Yuan Hu if there is lower abdomen pain; adding Bai Jiang Cao and Tu Fu Ling if there is fishy leucorrhea; adding Ku Shen and Bai Xian Pi if there is itching pudendum; adding Dang Shen and Huang Qi if there is qi deficiency; adding Shan Zhu Yu, Tu Si Zi, Bu Gu Zhi if there is concurrent kidney deficiency. Taking 1 dose every day, 5 days are one course. Vaginal rinse prescription: Ku Shen, She Chuang Zi, Bai Bu, Huang Bai, Di Fu Zi, Xiong Huang, Bing Pian, alumen, adding 2000-2500ml water, decocting to 500ml, filtrating the decoction with gauze and using it for vaginal rinse, one time use every evening.
Treatment result: within 70 cases in this group, there are 38 cases healed, 31 cases become better, 1 case without effect, total effective rate is 98.5%.
