4 INDICATIONS
1.Hemorrhages due to extravasation of blood by heat. Imperata rhizome (Bai Mao Gen [3]) is used with Biota tops (Ce Bai Ye [4]), Small thistle (Xiao Ji [5]) and Cattail pollen (Pu Huang [6]).2. Hot urination, edema and damp-heat jaundice. Imperata rhizome (Baimaogen) is used with Plantain seed (Che Qian Zi [7]) and Lysimachia (Jin Qian Cao [8]).
