Meniere's syndrome is characterized by paroxysmal vertigo and spinning, along with nausea, vomiting, pale complexion, short time decreased hearing, nystagmus and ataxia. Each attack may last one or a few days. There are many reasons can cause Meniere’s syndrome, such as edema and inflammation of inner ear etc.

The selection of stimulation: Dizziness and auditory area.

Scalp acupuncture plus acupoints such as Yinlingquan (SP9) He-Sea Point [3], Neiguan (PC6) Luo-Connecting Point the Eight Confluent Point [4] and Diwuhui (GB42) [5], Waiguan (TE5) Luo-Connecting Point the Eight Confluent Point [6] will have a good effect in treating Meniere's syndrome. Sometimes the symptoms can be relieved immediately after insert needles.
