Migraine is commonly seen and easily occurred disease in neurological department with 60% incidence. Various kinds of drugs in Western medicine cannot obtain good effect. All of patients are in inner-patient department with 65 patients in treatment group and 65 in control group. Treatment methods: treatment group applies Fu Fang Dan Shen Di Wan ( produced by Tian Shi Li Pharmaceutical Company in Tianjin with ingredients of Dan Shen, San Qi, Bing Pian, carbowax, tanshinone more than 0.13mg, every pill is 27mg ), 10 pills every time and three times a day. Control group applies sibelium with 5mg a time and 2 times a day. Both groups continue 12 weeks treatment and do not combine with other drugs to stop pain. Treatment results: In treatment, 63 are effective with rate of 96.9%; in control group, 37 are effective with rate of 56.9%.
