“In lesser yin disease, clear food Diarrhea indicate interior cold and exterior heat.  There is reverse flow of the extremities, the pulse is faint and verging on expiry, but generalized aversion to cold is absent.  When the person has a red facial complexion, or possibly abdominal pain, or dry retching, or sore throat, or the diarrhea ceases and the pulse does not move outwards, Tong Mai Si Ni Tang governs.

Tong Mai Si Ni Tang

Gan Cao 2 Liang
Fu Zi 1 big  pc (use raw, remove skin, break into 8 pcs)
Gan Jiang 3 Liang (4 Liang can be used for strong people)”
