There are 48 patients who are negative in pustular germiculture, bases on the pathological result, all the patients were diagnosed as Palmoplantaris Pustulosis. Treatment method: herbs for oral intake: Pu Gong Ying 15g, Zi Hua Di Ding 15g, Huang Lian 6g, raw Shi Gao 30g, Da Qing Ye 15g, Ban Lan Gen 15g, Tu Fu Ling 30g, raw Yi Yi Ren 30g, 1 decoction per day, water decocting, one decoction should be oral intake for 2 times. Exterior application prescription: Pu Lian Gao ointment (Huang Qin 100g, Huang Bai 100g, Fan Shi Lin 800g), applying on affected area, 2 times a day, Qin Pi 50g, decocting for affected area washing. Result: total effective rate is 97.9%.
