Nei Jing

Rage can obstruct the qi of the body. The blood stagnates in the top, inducing oppressed-coma. The sinews are injured, and the limbs become flaccid and cannot walk well. The perspiration happens over half the body, and hemiplegia occurs. If the sweat encounters dampness, small furuncles and heatrashes will appear. The harm caused by greasy and fine foods is enough to induce big malignant boils. It is as easy as holding a hollow container to receive goods. If sweat is exposed to wind when one is working, the cold will be settled, and the stagnation will cause acnes.

Key Words: discussion of vital-qi corresponding to heaven, in the plain questions
