Gynecology and Obstetrics

There are 120 patients who are diagnosed by B Ultrasonic Examination and gynecological examinations, all the patients are randomly divided into two groups. Treatment method: for treatment group: using Wang Shi Hua Zheng Wan with modification. Basic prescription: Xuan Hu Suo, Huang Yao Zi, Wu Ling Zhi, Tao Ren, Hong Hua, Tu Bie Chong, Qian Niu Zi, Bei Mu etc. Modification: adding Hong Hua, Xiang Fu, Gui Zhi if there is severer cold; adding Mu Dan Pi if there is obvious heat syndrome; adding Shui Zhi, Chuan Shan Jia if there is blood stagnation; adding Li Zhi Ke, Hui Xiang, San Leng, E Zhu if there is dysmenorrheal; adding Ai Ye if there is large amount of menstruation; adding Er Tou Jian if there is small amount of menstruation; adding Bai Jiang Cao, Jie Geng if there is large amount of leucorrhea; adding Du Zhong, Xu Duan if there is lumbar pain; adding Wang Bu Liu Xing if there is breast distention; adding Chuan Lian Zi if there is qi obstruction. Methods: 10g each time, 3 times a day.

For contrast group: taking Gui Zhi Fu Ling capsule. Methods: 4 capsules each time, 3 times a day. 3 months are one course for both groups, you should not stop taking the pattern herb when menstruation. Other medicine for hysteromyoma can not be used during treatment period.

Result: for treatment group: total effective rate is 95.0%. For contrast group: the total effective rate is 91.7%.
