Chang Tong Xiao Yan Zhi Tong oral solution is made of pure Chinese medicines, and the main components are: Cang Zhu, Bai Zhu, Yan Hu Suo, raw Bai Shao, Mu Dan Pi, Pu Gong Ying, Lai Fu Zi and Bai Ji, etc. Because of the functions of clearing heat, cooling blood, relieving pain and inflammation, promoting intestine movement and producing muscle and skin, it is used for preventing from cutting pains, celiac infection, Paralytic ileus and recovery after all kinds of laparoscopic surgeries. All these 50 cases come from our in-patients of obstetrics and gynecology department. The laparoscopic surgeries are subtotal hysterectomy, hysterotomy, ovarian tumor surgery and rupture of ectopic pregnancy, etc. divide these 50 cases of postoperative into 2 groups at random. Treatment group: apply routine transfusion for resisting inflammation and hemostasia according to symptoms after surgery, and apply Chang Tong Xiao Yan Zhi Tong oral solution of 100ml six hours after surgery; 3 times oral administration a day, and 2~3 days treatment is one course. Control group: apply routine transfusion for resisting inflammation and hemostasia according to symptoms after surgery only, Observation item: (1) Observe anus exhaust time after surgery. (2) Body temperature 1~3 days after surgery. (3) Postoperative cut pain. (4) Postoperative wound healing. (5) Postoperative ambulation and mental status.
Results: the total effect is 93.33% in treatment group and 85% in control groups of 20 cases.
