Clinical Observation of Treatment of Stroke Given by Method of Midnight-noon Ebb-flow Combining with Ling Gui Eight Methods

There are 250 cases of stroke patients who are all inpatients and clinic patients in our department, they are randomly divided into treatment group with 150 cases and contrast group with 100 cases. Treatment method: for treatment group: using Mr. Guan’s “Choosing points day by day according Midnight-noon Ebb-flow and mutual selecting points form” and “ Ling Gui Eight Methods Sixty Jia Zi day by day opening points form”, choosing time to open points. Concerning disease condition, choose tongue points or experienced points, combine with electric acupuncture, use adjustable electric wave, and maintain needling for 30 minutes. For contrast group, choose points along meridian; treat the disease according to syndrome differentiation. Main points were acupunctured by electric acupuncture device, using adjustable electric wave, maintaining needling for 30 minutes. Both groups were treated for 10 times as one course, one time each day, 3-5 days break between every two treatment course, meanwhile, combining with appropriate functional exercise, treating for 3 courses and estimating the treatment effect.

Result: the total effective rate in treatment group is 96%, 82% in contrast group.
