Anal Itching Skin Disease is the self-conscious symptom of local anal skin itching. There is usual anal itching, which is mostly paroxysmal itching, the area is limited to around anus, it can spreads to scrotum or perineum sometimes. There are 73 patients in this group, 12 cases with fistula, 7 cases with anal nipple hypertrophy, 5 cases with anal fissure, 6 cases with fungal infection, 17 cases with anal muscles fat, 47 cases have mixed hemorrhoids. The prescription and method: Huang Bai, Cang Zhu, Ku Shen, Di Huang Fu Zi, She Chuang Zi, Bai Xian Pi, Ku Fan (alum). The anus is taken bath with seating position for about 10 minutes, 2 times a day, 7 days are one course. Result: total effective rate is 95%.
