DDP is one kind of common use Broad-spectrum anti-cancer drug in clinic. It is detected in recent years’ research that the side effect of DDP has possibly some relation with free radicals produced inside body. The free radicals can evoke form and function transformation of ordinary cells, and affects some organs’ function as well. Therefore, we use the anti oxidation function of Huang Qi injection to relieve side-effect of DDP in order to increase the dose of DDP and strengthen its anti-cancer function. There are 60 patients in this group who suffered from medium-late stage cancer, which have been verified as primary cancer by pathology or cytology examination. Usage of Huang Qi injection: adding 60ml Huang Qi injection into 5% GS 500ml for treatment 2 days before chemotherapy, 1 time per day, intravenous drip, 10 days are one course.
Result: 41.7% of patients got evident effect, 45% of patients had effect.
