Recurrent Aphthae is one of the recurrent, long-standing and refractory diseases. There are 80 cases in this group with course of disease of 1-15 years. The clinic symptoms includes: localized superficial oral mucosa ulcer with blood congestion around, burning pain, which has periodical attacking property, there is continuous outbreak for severe patient, as one falls, another rises, without interval. Treatment method: Di Huang Yin Zi with ingredients of Shu Di Huang, Shang Zhu Yu, Ba Ji Tian, Rou Cong Rong, Shi Hu, Mai Men Dong, Wu Wei Zi, prepared Fu Zi (decocting first), Rou Gui (decocting later), Fu Ling, Shi Chang Pu, Yuan Zhi, Bo He, Sheng Jiang, Hong Zao.

Result: 32.5% are healed, 51.25 have evident effect, 11.25% are effective, 5% without effect.
