Yi Jing Zhong Zi Tang is self-made by author, made of Tui Si Zi, Fu Pen Zi, Nu Zhen Zi, Gou Qi Zi, Sha Yuan Zi, Suo Yang, Yin Yang Huo, Ba Ji Tian, Rou Cong Rong, Shan Zhu Yu, Rou Gui and Shen Gan Cao, and treats male infertility due to deficiency of spleen and kidney yang and declination of fire from Ming Men. There are 52 case in this group between 25～40 years old and 27.5 years old on average. Treatment: the prescription above be decocted, one dose one day, and take it for twice; one course is 30 dose, take a break for one week after one course treatment, then start the second course. Take 50 mg clomiphene at same time orally, once a day, and the course is the same as above. Do seminal fluid test in every course.
Treatment results: the total curative effect is 86.6%. The mates of 12 cases are pregnant in one years following up.
