Description: Red, thin but long tongue with red or white spots, thin and white coating on the middle, scanty on the tip, slightly yellow on the sides

Indications: Qi and blood deficiency; fire due to yin deficiency; invasion of interior by external pathogenic factors; retention of heat in stomach and intestines
