All the patients belong to outpatient. In 80 cases, the shortest course of diseases is 10 days and the longest is 2 years.
Treatment method: promoting anti-pathogenic qi and relieving toxicity, nourishing blood and dispersing wind. Prescription: Dang Shen, Huang Qi, Bai Zhu, Fang Feng, Jing Jie, Chan Tui, Bai Xian Pi, Jin Yin Hua, Cang Zhu, Ku Shen, Mu Tong, Dang Gui, Sheng Di Huang, Gan Cao.
Treatment result: total 80 cases, 68 cases are cured, 9 cases have obvious effect, 3 cases have no effect.
Experience: the disease is often caused by general weakness of body and insufficiency of defensive qi, then wind, damp and heat attack skin surface. Therefore, with the coordination of the herbs, we can promote anti-pathogenic qi and strengthen exterior, eliminate the evil, as well as disperse wind evil in order to expel evil, and disperse fire and relieve toxicity, clear damp-heat, especially drain the evil from urine. So as to strengthen defensive qi, disperse upper body and drain lower body, clear interior and disperse exterior, then there is no place for wind, damp and heat evil. This prescription is very good for the treatment of urticaria.
