Self Massage

1. Prescription
Foot Points: Cerebra, Frontal Sinus, Nose, Parathyroid Gland, Bronchia, Kidney, Adrenal Gland, Bladder, Spleen, Ascending Colon, Transverse Colon, Descending Colon, Celiac Lymph, Pelvic Lymph, Chest Lymph, Head and Neck Lymph, Ureter, Tonsil.


2. Technique of Massage
2.1 Thumb press-knead Cerebra for 1 minute.
2.2 Thumb press-knead Frontal Sinus for 2 minutes.
2.3 Index finger press Nose for 3-5 times.
2.4 Thumb push-press lung, bronchia, and press sensitive point on the root of middle toe for 5-10 times.
2.5 Thumb and index finger pinch-knead Head, Neck lymph for 1 minute.  
2.6 Holding foot and buckling fingers technique, press Kidney for 1 minute. 
Thumb pushes Ureter horizontally for 1 minute.
Single index finger buckling fist technique, tap Bladder for 1 minute.
2.7 Modification concerning the symptoms:
2.7.1 Acute rhinitis: thumb press Tonsil respectively for 1 minute.
2.7.2 Chronic simple rhinitis, chronic hypertrophic rhinitis:
2.7.2.1 Thumb press Parathyroid Gland for 1 minute.
2.7.2.2 Thumb push Chest Lymph.
2.7.3 Atrophic rhinitis:
2.7.3.1 Thumb press Spleen for 1 minute.
2.7.3.2 Thumb push kidney horizontally for 1 minute.
2.7.4 Allergic rhinitis:
2.7.4.1 Press Adrenal gland for 1 minute.
2.7.4.2 Two fingers clamp technique or press-knead technique be used to parathyroid gland for 1 minute.
2.7.4.3 Thumb push Ascending Colon horizontally for 1 minute.
Thumb push Transverse Colon horizontally for 1 minute.
Thumb push Descending Colon horizontally for 1 minute.
2.7.4.4 In order to improve immune ability, thumb and index finger press-knead Head and Neck Lymph for 1 minute. Thumb push-press chest lymph for 1 minute.
Thumb-knead Celiac Lymph for 1 minute, pelvis lymph for 1 minute.
