Hormones levels and symptoms were investigated before treatment, 3 cycles after treatment and at the sixth cycle after treatment.

At the sixth cycle after treatment, the conditions of the patients in the medication group were returned to the original levels of before treatment, meanwhile the conditions in the needle-pricking group still keep the post-therapeutic 1evel, and their menstruation and ovulation restored to normal state, also the ovulation mucosa as well as pregnancy rate were significantly higher than those in the medication group (all P<0.01).
