Location:
On the fourth and fifth section from the top of the scaphoid fossa.

Function: 
Activating blood circulation, dispelling wind, dredging the collaterals, and relieving pain.

Indications: 
Omarthritis, omalgia, torticollis, and paralysis of the upper extremities.
