Location:
On the second section from the top of the scaphoid fossa.

Function: 
Activating blood circulation, dispelling wind, dredging the collaterals, and relieving pain.

Indications: 
Paralysis of the upper extremities, and pain and dysfunction at corresponding area of the body.
