Wen Yang Kuo Guan Decoction for 60 Cases of Angina Pectoris [1]

120 cases of angina pectoris patients are both outpatient and inpatient. They are randomly divided into observation group 60 cases, control group 60 cases. Treatment method: the treatment group with self-made Wen Yang Kuo Guan Decoction: Zhi Fu Zi [3] 18g, Rou Gui [4] 15g (take as powder), Ren Shen [5] 30g, Gua Luo 30g, Chen Pi [6] 10g, Zhi Shi [7] 10g, Chuan Xiong [8] 18g, Shui Zhi [9] 9g, Fu Ling [10] 15g, Zhi Gan Cao [11] 6g. Differentiation addition and subtraction: (1) add Mai Men Dong [12], Wu Wei Zi [13] for yin deficiency; (2) add Shi Chang Pu [14], Xie Bai [15] for phlegm; (3) add Xi Xin [16] for cold blocking meridians; (4) add Long Gu [17], Mu Li [18] for knot pulse.
The control group takes Di Ao Xin Xue Kang. 30 days are considered as one treatment course for both groups.
Observation Method: check the projects one day before treatment and after treatment, including clinical symptoms, signs, ECG, Holter, fasting peripheral venous blood pumping blood lipid measurement. Patients should not take anti-angina drugs and affect blood lipids drugs during the treatment, in case of severe angina attack can be temporary given sublingual nitroglycerin tablets.
The comprehensive effects of the two groups: the total effective rate of the treatment group is 86.7%; the total effective rate of control group is 61.7%.
