There are 126 cases of outpatients and inpatients who were randomly divided into massage group, herbal group, massage-herbal group with the population of 29, 35, 62 respectively.
Treatment method:
1. Massage group: technique: patient takes sitting up position, doctor faces patient, using Vaseline species as massage oil, smearing equably on affected bubby, the doctor’s both hands gently put on back of bubby along root of bubby, each finger press-kneads breast nodules for 5-10 minutes until some latex spill out, both hands push-jostle the bubby from breast nodules to breast nipple along duct. 1 time each day, 3 times are one course.
2. Herbal group: Ru Xiao Tang ingredients: Jin Yin Hua [3], Bai Jiang Cao [4], Pu Gong Ying [5], Lou Lu [6], Lu Lu Tong, Wang Bu Liu Xing [7], Chi Shao [8] Yao, Jia Zhu, Ji Nei Jin [9], Jiao San Xian. Modification: adding Dang Gui [10], Chai Hu [11] if the pathogeny is depressed mood; adding Dang Gui, Dan Pi if the pathogeny is squeeze-collision; adding Zhi Ke, Da Huang [12] if the pathogeny is diet disorder. 3 days are one course.
3. Massage-herbal group: the treatment method in this group is combination of massage and herbal prescription. The massage technique, herbal prescription intake method and treatment course is similar with which mentioned above.
Observation of therapeutic effect: the effective rates are: message group with 72.41%, herbal group with 74.29%, message-herbal group with 96.77%. There is obvious difference between message-herbal group and the other two groups.
